Who can join?
Meeting Minds Global is for Oxford alumni. As with all of our alumni events, you are welcome to bring guests and we hope you’ll share the events with family and friends at home. REMEMBER you only need to register once per household.
Can I watch the sessions back if I miss them?
We will be uploading all sessions recorded by the Alumni Office to our new catch up service: My Oxford +, which you can access via your My Oxford Online account.

Which platform is the event run on?
The majority of the sessions will be run using Zoom – please download Zoom onto your device before the event, as this will speed up the joining process. Further guidance on downloading Zoom can be found here.
Some sessions will be run on My Oxford Network or MS Teams.

Are guests welcome to watch along?
Yes. You do not need to register your guests as attendees, but they are welcome to watch along with you
Are there any physical elements to the event?
No, this event will be run entirely online

When is the University Alumni Office planning to resume physical events?
The Alumni Office is not holding any more in-person events for the remainder of 2020 to protect the safety of guests and staff. We hope to begin hosting in-person events again in the early new year.
When is Meeting Minds in Oxford 2021?
Meeting Minds in Oxford 2021 is scheduled for 17-19 September, 2021.
Are there any family friendly sessions this year?
Yes, of course children are welcome to watch along, at their parents’ discretion.
Will there be opportunities to meet with fellow alumni online?
Yes, please log into My Oxford Network here: https://myoxfordnetwork.com/ and join the Meeting Minds Global group to connect with other alumni involved with the event, and access exclusive careers content via the platform during the event.
How do I contact someone if I'm having trouble accessing a session on the day?
